Join us for Windlesham’s flagship festive celebration! The Christmas Tree Lighting brings hundreds of local residents and families together for an evening of live music, choir performances, Santa’s Grotto, festive food, and holiday cheer.
We are curating a vibrant outdoor Christmas Market to showcase high-quality local produce, handcrafted gifts, festive treats, and unique artisan goods. Our goal is to create a magical, bustling shopping experience that highlights the best of local talent and enterprise.
To ensure a high standard of offerings for our community and a fair, balanced market for all vendors:
Curated Selection: All pitch bookings are subject to review. We limit duplicate product categories to ensure variety and strong sales for every stallholder.
Quality & Local Focus: Priority is given to local makers, crafters, food producers, and unique retail businesses offering holiday-appropriate goods.
Commitment & No-Show Policy: Pitch fees are strictly non-refundable. Due to high demand and limited space,unconfirmed or abandoned pitches impact the whole community. Please only book if you are 100% committed to attending for the full duration of the event (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM).
Provided: Designated pitch space on paved area, event marketing across Windlesham Society channels, and on-site event marshalling.
Required from Stallholders:
Your own pop-up gazebo (with secure weights/sandbags), table, and display lighting.
Proof of valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI) up to £5M (you will be asked to upload or email a copy prior to the event date).
Food hygiene documentation and local authority registration (for food/drink vendors only).
